Our hassle-free 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. For return within 30 days of receipt.  

When you receive your order, please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.

 *Please note that you are responsible for shipping the product back. Shipping fees will not be refunded.   There will be a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the part.

Guidelines Affecting all Parts Categories

All parts must have been originally purchased as service parts from Bob Mark New Holland Sales Limited.

Part(s) must be in a new and saleable condition as determined by Bob Mark New Holland Sales Limited.

Parts that were originally packaged must be returned in the original package.

Original part identification and identification labels must not be removed, altered, nor replicated.

Parts must be clean, free of rust, dirt, and corrosion.

Machine mounted or take-offs are not acceptable.

All parts must be provided with adequate packing and protection to survive transport and handling

without incurring damage.

Repainted parts are not acceptable.

Precision Parts

The parts must be returned in new and saleable condition in their original packaging.

Packaging must be clean and free of customer names, job numbers, grease, fading or weathering,

pricing, or other forms of defacement.

Packaging that was originally sealed, must remain unopened and sealed.

Parts must be clean, free of rust, dirt, and corrosion.


Ground Engaging, Rough Castings, Internal Structure, Internal Sheet Metal

Must be in new and saleable condition.

Parts must be clean, free of rust, dirt, and corrosion.

Re-painted parts are not acceptable.

Parts touched up by painting over rust will not be accepted.


Glamour Parts (external finished painted parts and sheet metal)

Must be clean, free of rust, dirt, corrosion, and paint scratches.

Parts must be returned in original protective packaging or coverings.

Parts that were not originally packaged must be protected with cardboard or other material to prevent

scratching from banding while in transit.


Products not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned. All sales are final.

  • Any electrical parts
  • Assembly kits
  • Hazardous material and material containing chemicals (paint, primer, grease, solvent, lubricant, sealant, silicone, glue, cleaner, stabilizer, oils, batteries, etc.). 


Conditions to return merchandise

The merchandise must be new, in perfect unused condition and in its original packaging with tags attached.  You will be refunded the paid price after inspection of the product to ensure it is returned in the condition originally shipped out as, by Bob Mark New Holland Sales Limited. 


How to do a return

Here are the steps to follow to make a return: 

  1. Email us at and request a return. Note: Please ensure you have your order number on hand.
  2. When approved for a refund or return, ship the item(s) you wish to return to.

  1. Note: We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment. However, please note that you are responsible for shipping the product back. Shipping fees will not be refunded.


You will be refunded 80% of the paid purchase price (20% restocking fee applies). Credit for returned items will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 business days of the date that the return is accepted.

Returning defective or damaged products

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. For warranty repair or replacement, defective merchandise must be returned for repair or refund.  

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork. If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
